As Director of Social Media for the FDNY, I created an editorial roadmap to increase reach, engagement, and followers. I implemented a video-first strategy, adopting new trends, that helped achieve those goals.

 

 

Rapid Response: I went to scenes of major operations like the Ann Street garage collapse in Manhattan, to document in real-time the heroics of the FDNY. Images and video I captured, were reposted and picked up by media from around the world.
